V3TR4 LIMITED

How it works

V3TR4 runs your routine operations with AI agents that work over the tools you already use — email, shared drives, spreadsheets, messaging — supervised by specialists and governed by explicit permissions. No new platform for your team to learn. No black box.

1. Work arrives, and is captured automatically

An email from a supplier, a document in a shared folder, a meeting that just ended — our automation watches the channels you already use, identifies what each new item is and who it belongs to, files it correctly, and turns anything that needs action into a tracked task. Within about a minute of arriving, every item is summarised, filed and queryable.

2. Agents do the mechanical work

AI agents execute the repetitive parts: extracting information from documents, updating records, preparing drafts and reports, chasing routine correspondence, keeping diaries and deadline registers current. Agents act within scoped, auditable access — clients can see exactly what agents may and may not touch.

3. Everything lands in the work ledger

Every task — whether an agent or a person touched it — is logged in a shared work ledger: what it is, who owns it, its status, and links to the evidence. That single source of truth is why our clients never hear "I'll find out who's dealing with that" — the answer already exists.

4. People own every decision that matters

TierExampleWho acts
RoutineFiling a document, updating a recordAgent, automatically — fully logged
SensitiveClient-facing correspondenceAgent prepares; a person approves
CriticalAnything regulated, contractual, or committing moneyPrepared for a named person, who reviews and executes

Agents never hold the credentials for critical actions. They prepare the work; a named person executes it. A misbehaving agent could at worst waste its own time — it cannot file, sign, or pay.

5. You see everything

Reporting isn't a monthly PDF — it's a living view of the ledger. What was done, what's in flight, what's waiting on you, what's at risk. Transparent by default.

Starting an engagement

Every engagement begins with a short discovery: we map how work currently enters and moves through your business, agree what agents will handle and what stays with people, and set the access permissions together. Client onboarding includes our compliance checks — no work starts until those clear.
