V3TR4 LIMITED

Frequently asked questions

What does V3TR4 do?

V3TR4 is a UK management consultancy that designs and runs AI-driven business operations. AI agents handle the mechanical work — document handling, data workflows, obligations tracking, management information, research — while our specialists supervise, own exceptions, and handle everything needing judgement or a relationship.

Is V3TR4 an accountancy firm?

No. V3TR4 is a management consultancy, not an accountancy practice, and we do not provide regulated accounting services. Where client work touches financial information, our role is process design, automation and management information; any regulated activity sits with appropriately licensed professionals.

How is the AI governed? What stops it doing something it shouldn't?

Every action is classified by sensitivity. Routine work runs automatically and is fully logged. Sensitive work is prepared by an agent and approved by a person. Critical work — anything regulated, contractual or committing money — is prepared for a named person who reviews and executes it themselves. Agents never hold credentials for critical actions, so a misbehaving agent cannot file, sign or pay.

Will AI agents have access to our systems?

Only with scoped, auditable access that we agree with you during onboarding. Agents connect to your existing tools with least-privilege permissions, and you can inspect exactly what they may and may not touch. Every access and every action is logged.

How do you handle data protection and confidentiality?

Client data is classified by sensitivity tier, access is scoped per agent and per person, and everything is logged and auditable. We operate under UK GDPR, and we treat confidentiality as a hard constraint — convenience never overrides it.

Do AI agents replace our staff?

No. Agents absorb the mechanical and repetitive work that currently eats your team's hours — the chasing, filing, re-keying and status-checking. Your people (and ours) spend their time on judgement, relationships and decisions. Most clients find their team does more valuable work, not less work.

What kinds of businesses do you work with?

Growing UK companies that need operational capacity without operational headcount, owners of portfolio companies who want consistent administration across them, and acquirers who need research and screening at pace.

How do engagements work?

Three shapes: ongoing operations & administration support, pipeline-based research & M&A, and one-off consultancy & automation builds. Every engagement starts with a short discovery to map how work moves through your business, followed by our client onboarding and compliance checks. No work starts until those clear.

What tools do we need to adopt?

Usually none. We build around the tools you already use — email, shared drives, spreadsheets, messaging — rather than forcing a new platform. Automation connects to your systems; your team keeps working where they already work.

How quickly can we start?

Discovery and onboarding typically take days to a couple of weeks, depending on compliance checks and system access. First automations are usually running within weeks, not months — and you see everything in the work ledger from day one.
